We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the Tax Pro Starter Course. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout and we will refund the full $47. Portal access is removed when the refund is issued.
Tax Business In A Box (Full Package)
The Full Package includes downloadable and rebrandable digital files (ebooks, workbooks, templates, scripts, and video files). Because these files cannot be returned once delivered, the Full Package and the Full Package upgrade are non-refundable once vault access is granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
Contact us within 30 days and we will correct any duplicate or mistaken charge promptly.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve billing issues quickly. Portal and vault access is suspended while a chargeback is open.
