1. The service

Alief Financial Services LLC ("Alief," "we") sells self-paced digital training and marketing materials for tax professionals ("Products") through this site. By purchasing you agree to these terms.

2. License to use the Products

Course videos and the student portal are licensed to you personally (and, for Full Package buyers, to the preparers and agents working under your tax office) for internal training. Course videos may not be copied, resold, publicly posted, or shared outside your office.

Marketing Vault files marked rebrandable (ebooks, workbooks, guides, templates, scripts) may be edited, branded with your business name, given to your clients, and sold by you as your own products. You may not resell or redistribute the Vault itself, or grant others the right to rebrand the files.

3. Certificate of completion

Certificates are issued by Alief Financial Services upon completion of course tiers. They are not an IRS credential, license, or designation, and do not replace a PTIN, EFIN, the IRS Annual Filing Season Program, or state requirements. You are responsible for meeting all IRS and state requirements to prepare returns for compensation.

4. No guarantee of results

We provide education and materials. Your results depend on your effort, market, compliance, and business decisions. Nothing on this site is a promise of income, clients, or refunds.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend access for sharing logins outside the licensed office, chargebacks, or violations of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, and site materials remain the property of Alief Financial Services LLC and its licensors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alief's total liability for any claim relating to the Products is limited to the amount you paid for them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
